Trust is the key

I believe the basis for a beneficial therapeutic relationship is trust. Once a trusting relationship is built, the possibilities for change and growth are limitless. Once trust is established and positive change starts to happen, an individual has the beautiful opportunity to find the root of their issues, heal and make changes, and start to live out who they really are.
